CLUB RECOGNITION

Rock County 4-H Community Service Recognition:

Community Service Report forms are to be submitted for each community service activity completed by the 4-H club. Completed forms may be submitted to the UWEX Office on a monthly basis, but all forms are due by September 30th of the current 4-H year.
