Rock County Community Baby Shower

October 18, 2011 Eclipse Center, Beloit First-time expectant mothers and first-time mothers with a child born between April and October are invited to attend the Rock County Community Baby Shower,  at the Rock County Job Center, 1900 Center Ave., Janesville. The special free event is aimed to educate women on how to keep their babies safe and healthy during their first year of life. Workshops begin at 6 pm. Participants will enjoy a night of fun, food and gifts. Resource booths will include several local service agencies and businesses. Daycare will not be provided. Registration is not required. This event is sponsored and made possible by Rock County Community Partners including University of Wisconsin Extension, Nutrition Health and Associates-WIC, Exchange Family Resource Center, United Way, Rock County Health Department, Childcare Resource and Referral, Community Action: HUB Connections, Birth to Three, Hedberg Library, Mercy Health Systems, and Beloit Memorial Hospital.
